Content of the article: "After 17 years and 1800 consecutive games on Chen within 2 years I’m now partying ways with Dota"
I've achieved everything I wanted in Dota – made Chen a teensy more popular than it was, climbed to 60-ish place in Europe among all Immortal players and held #1 position across all platforms as stratz, opendota, dotabuff. Became a single-hero streamer. Had a chance to share ideas and tips for pro players (shoutout to 33, ImmortalFaith and a big one to RodjER as I literally told everything I knew), developed a lot of strategies & item/skill builds, movements etc. What to say, that was awesome, Dota was my life and I kindly enjoyed it
Now I just have no desire or will to play the game, I spent so much attention and time that I abandoned my health, abandoned my hobbies and everything I could have spent on instead because I simply couldn't combine life and Dota together. I ate while watching streams, played whilst eating food, dreamt of Dota, I was obsessed with it, now I don't want to spend a single day in Dota any longer. No more streams, twitter or Dota2. I started playing when I was 10 and now I'm almost 27, I'm a fucking grown-up man with as it seems other plans and desires: foreign languages, more physical activity, fresh air, hobbies, changing places not gaming chairs.
I won't return in one week or something as per tradition here thus sorry for those who waited for the next Chen tips here or my streams if there were someone, I shall not be forgiven for this. I still love games but not like a zealot and can play them rarely with the GF.
Thanks Reddit, I hope I will be remembered by those 5 Chen pickers out here
P.S: I still can be found here if someone has something to say, I accept everyone: https://steamcommunity.com/id/sikle

More about Dota 2Post: "After 17 years and 1800 consecutive games on Chen within 2 years I’m now partying ways with Dota" specifically for the game Dota 2. Other useful information about this game:
- [Hero] Game Hunter (Trophy-collecting initiator)
- Some scrub thoughts about a few of the Aghs shards
- The shard on Leshrac feels very good.
- I feel like there’s a substantial population of Pro carry players out there who don’t have a good understanding of how armor works in the game or how important it is.
- I feel like Tide kinda sucks the last couple of patches
