[HERO IDEA] Hawk

Q – Soar

Upon activation, Hawk leaps into the air for up to 3 seconds. While in the air, Hawk can reactivate the skill landing on the target area dealing damage and slowing all enemies. Hawk gains flying vision and is immune to melee attacks while in the air.

Level 1 – Deals 100 magic damage and slow enemies by 50% for 1.5 seconds.

Level 2 – Deals 150 magic damage and slow enemies by 50% for 2.5 seconds.

Level 3 – Deals 200 magic damage and slow enemies by 50% for 3.5 seconds.

Level 4 – Deals 250 magic damage and slow enemies by 50% for 4.5 seconds.

Manacost: 120

Cast Range: 450/550/650/750

Radius: 300

Cooldown: 15 seconds

Can be upgraded with Aghanim's Shard increasing the duration by 1.5 second and allows Hawk to move while in the air.

W – Wind Shield

Target self or an ally to apply Wind Shield for 8 seconds. Wind Shield grants bonus attack damage and attack speed for the duration.

Level 1 – Gives 20 bonus attack damage and 15 attack speed for the duration.

Level 2 – Gives 40 bonus attack damage and 25 attack speed for the duration.

Level 3 – Gives 60 bonus attack damage and 35 attack speed for the duration.

Level 4 – Gives 80 bonus attack damage and 45 attack speed for the duration.

Manacost: 100

Cast Range: 600

Cooldown: 18 seconds

E – Wind Blast

Upon activation, nearby enemies takes magic damage and are pushed back for up to 500 units away.

Level 1 – Deals 100 magic damage.

Level 2 – Deals 150 magic damage.

Level 3 – Deals 200 magic damage.

Level 4 – Deals 250 magic damage.

Manacost: 130

Cooldown: 30/27/24/21 seconds

Can be upgraded with Aghanim's Scepter granting new ability Wind Blast that has the same mechanics as Wind Blast but will pull enemies instead of pushing. Also increases the effect range by 100.

Note:

Enemies are knocked back 500 units away from Hawk. Meaning if the enemies is 300 units away from Hawk, they are knocked back by 200 units.

When upgraded with Scepter, there is no change on 500 units push/pull but increases the effect range by 100.

R – Wind Dome

Target an area to create a 450 radius wind dome. Enemies inside the dome has no vision outside and enemies outside has no vision inside the dome. Additionally, allies inside the dome are buffed with Wind Shield as long as they are inside. Enemies are slowed and silenced when entering or exiting the dome for 1.5 seconds.

Level 1 – Wind Dome lasts 6 seconds. Slow and silences enemies for 2 seconds when entering/exiting the dome.

Level 2 – Wind Dome lasts 7 seconds. Slow and silences enemies for 3 seconds when entering/exiting the dome.

Level 3 – Wind Dome lasts 8 seconds. Slow and silences enemies for 4 seconds when entering/exiting the dome.

Manacost: 150/300/450

Cast Range: 800

Cooldown: 90 seconds

Talents:

Wind Dome global cast range or Wind Shield grants 75% evasion

Soar applies strong dispel or Soar launches enemies into the air for 1 second upon landing

+30 movement speed or +75 Wind Blast damage

+200 health or +1.5 mana regeneration
