Locke's knowledge in Alchemy makes unsuspecting foes regret taking him lightly.
Locke loads his revolver with 6 special bullets infused with bits of magic. Enemies hit with these special bullets will get a debuff counter which will stack until all 6 bullets are fired or until the ability is pressed again. All affected units be damaged and stunned based on how many stacks they have.

Locke has never been fond of enemies fleeing from him, and so he makes sure that doesn't happen.
Locke throws a magical trap at an enemy. Upon impact, the trap binds itself to the ground and is linked to the targeted enemy, which reduces their total damage output. If the enemy moves away from this location, their attack and move speeds are reduced based on how far away they are from the trap.

Locke' mastery of traps and magic allows him to quickly improvise upon being targeted. Grants himself passive status reduction and movespeed. Allied heroes within 600 AoE are given half values.
