Content of the article: "Are hackers even a bigger problem than what Reddit says? This is based on my US West Interchange runs. Recently there was a post explaining how many people hack in Tarkov US West + Asia… I can’t tell if people are so RAT they don’t even contest good loot or if they are wall hacking loot + players."
So the super popular hacker post on Reddit the other day was explaining how they can see loot and player locations…
This guy had over 20/KD at level 59 but over 120+ "run throughs" and 68% Survival Rate?
Now why would someone with a 20/KD have so many "run throughs" even though their Survival Rate is amazing?
Well it supports the claim of his post that the hackers are real and very common, they can see certain items spawned on the map, and they can see the location of every player on the map.
So in essence if they spawn into Interchange they can see if a Ledx is in the Ultra Med room and if it's not they will just run to extract immediately.
This would explain why so many runs nobody presses the power button, and if they do press it late (not a hacker) there's never a Ledx.
I also find it peculiar that I can be having a 20-30 minute raid in the most contested best loot spawns on the map, and I won't see any players the whole raid. Often times I see finally the first player or team after 20-30 minutes of trying to find PMCs (Punisher Part 5 most recently need 10 PMC kills with tier 2 armor)…
If you look at the Interchange map there's only about 7-8 rooms imo that are super valuable to loot ASAP…
– Ultra Med, Texho, Rasmussen, Tech Lite, German, Emercom Medical, The "giving room" i don't know the exact name but it's directly opposite across the hall from Emercom Medical, arguably Kiba (I've heard it's not worth from my most experienced friend).
Sure the whole map has a lot of loot, but if you want the best stuff you are going to prioritize those spots…
After reading the post about how many hackers there are, and if they can apparently see if certain items spawn and where, and they can see where players are… it makes a lot more sense how I can try to do this troll pepega Punisher Part 5 task and spend 20-30 minutes in the best loot spots and normally see nobody till the end of raid or maybe not at all.
This seems a little bit too unlikely statistically in my brain…
I'm starting to think maybe there are a lot of wall hackers who avoid fights though, because like I said I haven't had problems dying to hackers except maybe 3-4 times it seemed suspicious (level 41 now).
But the post also said they have speed hacks and stamina hacks, so maybe that's why sometimes there's dead scavs really early in raid but you heard no shots, or sometimes you hear nothing and Ultra Med is already looted, and sometimes nobody even turns on power and server is just 100% dead basically from the start…
I mean if i was going to bet my life savings on this theory, I would need to play way more but… already it seems pretty obvious to me that maybe hackers are way more common than we think even on Interchange… if that's not the case I can't understand why it's so hard to find players on this map lately.
The only good news is they seem to not even bother with the Rasmussen and Texho graphics cards, it seems if there's no LedX they just run to extract immediately?
- Killa changes were wrong and diddn’t fix anything – they just made the map less enjoyable to play.
- How bad is it?
- To the friendly PMC on interchange
