So after a long break of not playing Fallout 4, I decided to come back and play through it completely vanilla. But even though I am more than halfway through the main quest, done with Nuka-World, and 3/4 done with Far Harbour, randomly today my game decided to start crashing when saving. But, from my experience, only in Sanctuary. I can save anywhere else, but as soon as I fast travel to Sanctuary and save, it crashes pretty much as soon as I press the button.
A little background first:
I have 2 computers. One at my mother's house and one at my father's house. (I'm 15 and my parents are divorced) I go back and forth between them every 3 days. I installed Fallout 4 on both computers and did the procedure to remove mods, that I mention below, on both. I have the cloud save option on so I don't have to deal with 2 separate playthroughs. My reasoning for mentioning this is because the crashing might have something to do with syncing files or something.
The first thing I did when I decided I wanted to play Fallout 4 again was, obviously, install the game on Steam. I knew that even though the game was uninstalled, I still had to uninstall the mods. So, I downloaded Nexus Mod Manager (NOT vortex) and started uninstalling all my mods. I got lazy so I opened the mod folder and deleted everything inside of it. I then rebooted NMN to see if that had done the trick and it had. I then opened the plugins tab and uncheck marked all of it except for the DLCs I have and the High-res texture add-on thing. Then I, referencing a photo, deleted all files except for the vanilla ones in the root Fallout 4 folder. I did the same thing with the Data folder. After that, I went to Documents/My Games/Fallout 4 and deleted everything. Then, to top it all off, I verified my game files with Steam. (Despite this, I feel it's important to mention that I don't actually know if I deleted all mods and mod files)
After all was set and done, I booted my game up, made sure that all the mods that were installed in the game itself were uninstalled and started a new playthrough. It went fine until today. I came back from my father's house and booted up Fallout 4. I was at the Nuka-World market and was heading back to Sanctuary. I got lazy and did the "coc sanctuaryext" so I didn't have to fast travel twice. Once I arrived, I organized things and then saved. Then boom! Crashed. I didn't think much of it at the time so I just rebooted my game and did it again. This time, I fast traveled to the Commonwealth, saved, then fast traveled to Sanctuary. Organized again, then saved. Crashed.
So I started looking into it. I was told it could be the creation club (yes, I did buy stuff from the creation club 🙁 ) so I unplugged my ethernet and turned off my wifi and tried to do it again. Crashed. Then I deleted everything in my %appdata% folder, verified files, then tried again. Crashed. Then I went to my save folder and deleted everything except my most recent save. Crashed. The last thing I tried was making my save folder not "Read-only". I can't tell if that worked or not because as soon as I did it and clicked apply, it reverted back to Read-only. At this point, I don't know what could be going wrong.

Intel i7-7700 3.60GHz

Windows 10 Home
And, yes, I am an administrator.
I would really appreciate any help. Thanks 🙂
