5 months ago, I posted a detailed list of hero concepts+an event schematic theme concept. This is an updated version of that list with more added Heroes & tweaks to some perks. As always, input/criticism is apreciated.
Goin' Commando/War Cry/Shockwave
Heavy Metal: Gain 40 Armor during the duration of Goin' Commando.
Heavy Metal+: Gain 40 Armor during the duration of Goin' Commando. Additionally, Goin' Commando now shoots explosive rounds but also shoots slower.
"Time to bring out the big guns!" – Desna
- Goin' Commando shoots similarly to ROSIE with explosive rounds akin to Raven's Twinblast
War Cry/Frag Grenade/Lefty&Righty
Rejuvenating Shout: War Cry heals 3 base health per second for its duration.
Rejuvenating Shout+: War Cry heals 12 base health per second for its duration & grants 50 Stamina.
The unsung hero of the battlefield.
Frag Grenade/Goin' Commando/Lefty&Righty
Flashbang: Frag Grenades deal increased Impact & now Stun for 2.5s at the cost of no longer causing knockback.
Flashbang+: Frag Grenades deal increased Impact & now Stun for 5s at the cost of no longer causing knockback. Enemies hit by Frag Grenades are Vulnerable & take 20% more damage from all sources for 10s.

Lefty&Righty/War Cry/Goin' Commando
Ghosty&Ghouly: Increases Pistol damage by up to 50% based on the percentage of your missing health.
Ghosty&Ghouly+: Increases Pistol damage by up to 50% based on the percentage of your missing health. Lefty&Righty uses Ghost Pistols which fire high-powered Energy Damage piercing shots. In addition, Lefty&Righty conjure a Phantasm on eliminations(targets a nearby enemy, dealing 62 base Energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius, 1.5s cooldown).
Wraith with a wrath.
Ravenous Roar: Eliminations reduce the cooldown of War Cry by 0.05 seconds.
Ravenous Roar+: Eliminations reduce the cooldown of War Cry by 1 second. Additionally, War Cry applies Vulnerability to nearby targets, increasing damage taken from all sources by 35%.
- Unique War Cry sound similar to Raven
Overcharge: Shockwave grants 15% damage for 8 seconds.
Overcharge+: Shockwave grants 35% damage & 20% attack speed for 10 seconds.
Charged & ready.
- Ability effect shows an electric aura surrounding the character after using Shockwave; blue for Support & yellow for Commander
Ballista: Increases effective range of ROSIE by 50%.
Ballista+: Increases effective range of ROSIE by 100%. Converts ROSIE to a Ballista that fires 40 piercing Arrows.
Time to get medieval.
- Rosie appears more medieval with a silver color & blue/yellow accents with Ballista Arrows appearing as giant wooden stakes
- Ballista Arrows pierce through Riot Huskies & Shield Bubbles but not terrain
Bull Rush/Plasma Pulse/DECOY
Bull Crush: At the end of Bull Rush, Hardware & Axe damage increases by 45% for 10s.
Bull Crush+: At the end of Bull Rush, Hardware & Axe damage increases by 150% for 10s.
"Nothing stands in my way." – Jaeger
- Ability vfx is similar to the effects of Battle Royale's Pepper
Bull Rush/Plasma Pulse/DECOY
Unstoppable Force: Bull Rush grants 50 Armor during its duration & 5s at the end.
Unstoppable Force+: Bull Rush grants 130 Armor during its duration & lasts 5s at the end.
The potable powerhouse.
Bull Rush/Goin' Constructor/Plasma Pulse
Rhino Rush: Bull Rush can be charged, increasing the range by 1 tile & damage up to a maximum of 40%.
Rhino Rush+: Bull Rush can be charge, increasing the range by 2 tiles & damage up to a maximum of 120%. Additionally, increases the width of Bull Rush by 0.5 tile.
"Outta the way, husks!" – R.H.I.N.O.
- Unique animation when charging; when held, the character scrapes their right foot on the ground once or twice(depending if in Command/Support) before initiating the Bull Rush
- Bull Rush shield is held sideways when in Command
Goin' Constructor/Bull Rush/Decoy
Roarin' Constructor: Increases Goin' Constructor Damage by 25%.
Roarin' Constructor+: Increases Goin' Constructor Damage by 50% & changes Damage type to Energy.
King of the concrete jungle.
- Changes Goin' Constructor equipment color to orange & adds Energy glow on hammer
DECOY/Plasma Pulse/Bull Rush
Junk Bomb: When D.E.C.O.Y. is destroyed it explodes, spilling trash & applying Snare to nearby enemies.
Junk Bomb+: When D.E.C.O.Y. is destroyed it explodes, spilling trash & applying Snare to nearby enemies. Also deals 40 base damage.
Taking out the trash.
- Decoy leaves behind an area of snaring trash for 5 seconds after expiring equal to its attract radius
Seismic Smash/Phase Shift/Shock Tower
Cursed Touch: Seismic Smash applies Affliction, dealing 8 base damage over 4 seconds.
Cursed Touch+: Seismic Smash applies Afflcition, dealing 16 base damage over 4 seconds. In addition, melee eliminations have a 45% chance to conjure a Phantasm (targets a nearby enemy, dealing 62 base Energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius, 1.5 second cooldown).
"Reclaim my treasure & you will be rewarded." – Oro
- Unlock this Hero after completing the Labyrinth dungeon for the first time & begin the Oro's Treasures questline to unlock the Mythic version of this Hero, King Oro
- Seismic Smash color is changed to black & has unique falling black dust vfx
TEDDY/Shock Tower/Phase Shift
Hugs!: TEDDY heals for 12 base health within 1 tile.
Hugs!+: TEDDY heals for 20 base health within 1 tile. In addition, every 10 enemies eliminated by TEDDY heals you & allies nearby you for 5 base health.
"Come'ere & gimme some sugar!" – Cuddle Bear
- Teddy is changed to look similar to Metal Team Leader's Teddy
Smoke Bomb/Kunai Storm/Shurikens
Extra Long Fuse: Increases the duration of Smoke Bomb's persistent cloud effect by 5s.
Extra Long Fuse+: Increases the duration of Smoke Bomb's persistent cloud effect by 15s.
The silent killer.
Crescent Kick/Kunai Storm/Dragon Slash
Kicking & Screaming: Crescent Kick applies Vulnerability to affected enemies, increasing damage from all sources by 15% on the target for 4s.
Kicking & Screaming+: Crescent Kick applies Vulnerability to affected enemies, increasing damage from all sources by 30% on the target for 8s.
Don't call her cute.
Smoke Bomb/Kunai Storm/Dragon Slash
Deadzone: Smoke Bomb now applies Affliction dealing 8 base damage for 6s.
Deadzone+: Smoke Bomb now applies Affliction dealing 8 base damage for 6s. enemies inside the radius of Smoke Bomb are Vulnerable & take 20% increased damage from all source.

Notes – Smokebomb color is changed to a reddish cloud
Crescent kick/Throwing Stars/Kunai Storm
Cold Feet: Crescent Kick deals 40% increased damage to Snared or Frozen enemies.
Cold Feet+: Crescent Kick deals 40% increased damage to Snared or Frozen enemies. Converts Crescent Kick to deal Water damage & freezes enemies for 3 seconds.
"Get over here!" – Kenji
New Heroes that offer new Team Perks.
War Cry/Goin' Commando/Frag Grenade
Stand & Fight: Increases all weapon damage by 15%.
Stand & Fight+: Increases all weapon damage by 40%. War Cry now grants 50 Armor for its duration & Eliminations under its effect grant 2 base health.
Homebase needs you.
- This Hero requires you to put every Storm King weapon into the Collection Book at least once where you will then be given a choice between the Male or Female version; both are equally the same, the only difference being their appearance.
TEDDY/Seismic Smash/Phase Shift
I Am A Bear: Increases Ranged Weapon damage by 15% when TEDDY is active.
I Am A Bear+: Increases Ranged Weapon damage by 30% & Attack Speed by 15% when TEDDY is active.
All systems online.
- Unlock this Hero in the Event Shop for 2,800 Gold
Shock & Awe: Shockwave applies Slow to damaged targets, reducing their movement speed & attack speed by 30%. for 4.5 seconds.
Shock & Awe+: Shockwave applies Slow & Vulnerability to damaged targets, reducing their movement speed & attack speed by 30% for 6 seconds. Vulnerability increases damage taken from all sources by 25%.

- Unlock this hero by getting 500 Eliminations with Shockwave(other Soldiers on your team do not count towards this for you).
- Shockwave is colored red instead of blue
- Team Perk is visually identical to Keep Out!'s electric field
DECOY/Plasma Pulse/Goin' Constructor
Kick Me!: Decoy applies Vulnerability to affected targets, increasing damage taken from all sources by 15%.
Kick Me!+: Decoy applies Vulnerability to affected targets, increasing damage taken from all sources by 50%.

- Unlock this Hero by having deployed DECOY 100 times(other Constructors on your team do not count towards this for you).
- D.E.C.O.Y. takes on Airhead's colors
Phase Shift/Seismic Smash/Shock Tower
Drift Rift: Phase Shift leaves behind a Rift that pulls nearby enemies in a 1 tile radius & deals 5 base damage.
Drift Rift+: Phase Shift leaves behind a Rift that pulls nearby enemies in a 1.5 tile radius & deals 25 base damage.
"Catch me if you can." -Drift
- Unlock this Hero by using Phase Shift a total of 300 times(other Outlanders on your team do not count towards this for you).
- Rifts look similar to the ones left when using Rift-To-Go in Battle Royale
Throwing Stars/Kunai Storm/Smoke Bomb
Explosive Shurikens: Adds 1 Explosive Shuriken to Throwing Stars dealing 35 base damage in a 0.5 tile radius.
Explosive Shurikens+: Adds 3 Explosive Shurikens to Throwing Stars dealing 35 base damage in a 0.5 tile radius.
Never miss your mark.
- Unlock this hero by getting 350 Eliminations with Throwing Stars(other Ninjas on your team do not count towards this for you).
- Explosive Shuriken is thrown at the end of the 3rd set when in Support & thrown together in every set in Command
- Explosive Shuriken looks like a regular Throwing Star only on fire
Crescent Kick/Smoke Bomb/Dragon Slash
Corrosive Kicks: Crescent kick applies Affliction dealing 15 base damage for 6s.
Corrosive Kicks+: Crescent kick applies Affliction dealing 30 base damage for 6s. Converts Crescent Kick to deal Nature damage.

- Unlock this Hero after completing the Animal Pack Heroes questline.
- Team Perk works with Goin' Constructor
Seismic Smash/Phase Shift/Shock Tower
Golden Touch: Seismic Smash eliminations have a 15% chance of dropping Golden Husk Statues. Golden Husk Statues grant 20 Armor for 10 seconds.
Golden Touch+: Seismic Smash eliminations have a 15% chance of dropping Golden Husk Statues & a 5% chance to drop Small Gold Caches. Golden Husk Statues grant 40 Armor for 10 seconds. In addition, eliminations have a 45% chance to conjure a Phantasm (targets a nearby enemy, dealing 62 base Energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius, 1.5 second cooldown).
🤝Vast Riches: Eliminating mist monsters has a 20% chance of uncovering Oro’s treasures which grant a 15% Damage Boost for 25 seconds & a Small Gold Cache.
"All that glitters is MINE." – Oro
- Unlock this Hero by completing various Fetch Quests aimed at Dungeons(ex. Search 10 Rare Chests in The Crypts->Search 5 Epic chests in The Crypts->Search 3 Legendary Chests in a single Crypts run->Search 10 Rare Chests in The Inferno, etc)
- Small Gold Caches grant an extra 20 Gold upon completing the mission for each cache collected; multiple caches will be combined together at the mission results screen.
- Seismic Smash color is changed to Gold & has unique glitter sounds/vfx added
- Husk Statues/Treasures last for 10s before expiring
New Event Schematic; Run 'n' Gun set
- Consists of only Ranged Weapons
- 1 Assault Rifle/2 Shotguns/2 SMGs/1 Pistol(Siegebreaker, The Bear, Stampede, Thrasher, Spectre, & Bolt Bolt)
- Weapon Set gimmick is that they have access to Movement Speed Perk options, up to 2 & ways of increasing movement speed
- Weapons appear with a Hot Rod aestethic & flames, similar to the Viper SMG
- Eliminations with this weapon grant 3% Movement Speed, up to 5 stacks. Stacks last for 15 seconds.
- Taking damage while holding this weapon grants 5% Movement Speed, up to 3 stacks. Stacks last 10 seconds.
- Reloading grants 7% Movement speed, up to 2 stacks. Stacks last 10 seconds.
- Running for 3 seconds grants 4% Movement Speed, up to 3 stacks. Stacks last for 8 seconds.
- Visual effects when 6th perk is active show multiple arrows pointing up periodically rising up to then disappearing; color is decided on the specific 6th perk chosen(Eliminations:Red/Taking Damage:Orange/Reloading:Blue/Running:Yellow)
- Effects persist after swapping weapons
