An Instagram user is using content from my friend’s streams and Youtube channel without her consent, cropping out her name, not crediting her and adding spanish subtitles to it. Is there anything else we could do?

If it's of any importance, she's from the USA and an adult.

For the last couple of days there has been this Instagram user taking content from her stream and her Youtube videos, cutting them, cropping out her header and in some instances her facecam, not crediting her in the descriptions at all, and adding spanish subtitles to them.

Edit: I want to add that he has cropped out her facecam temporarly, but she shows her face in every one of his posts, as well as the videos are not only gameplay but heavily edited videos.
