Attempting to bring back the Dragon Priest of yore (in two flavors!)

Content of the article: "Attempting to bring back the Dragon Priest of yore (in two flavors!)"

Hello! I recently returned to Hearthstone this expansion after a couple of weeks off, and where basically all of my cards are old, I went with wild. Since then I've been messing around with several decks, but I've been missing my old favorite, Dragon Priest. From Blackrock Mountain through Mean Streets, Dragon Priest was by far my best deck (so says my ~920 Priest wins and ~220 second place class), so naturally I've been itching to make a new version. I've been toying around with two different kinds, and would like to ask for some suggestions in refining them. Both decks tend to have the same issues, though, that they are not fast enough to survive aggro like Secret mage, and lack the late game mega-board that decks like Renolock can do with Guldan and Nzoth.

Deck 1: OG Dragon Priest

This deck is modeled pretty directly off of how the old Dragon Priest used to run, running a lot of Dragon synergy cards and cards that generate value. This list I'm sharing is a variant I was experimenting with using Lady in White to provide larger tempo swings with the high-health minions like Wyrmguards, Skeletal Dragon, and Nightscale Matriarch (will prob look to drop this one though). The deck actually has some decent early game survivability options with Wyrmrest Agents, Duskbreakers, and Twilight Guardians if I draw them, but Lady in White is inconsistent since sometimes I just don't draw her. I was also thinking of crafting Frizz Kindleroost for the deck, but he might have the same issues as Lady in White where I get screwed if I can't draw them. I think I might need some more removal?

Deck 2: Reno Dragon

This deck plays similarly to the first deck, but has the Reno Package of Zephrys, Reno, Kazakus, Raza, and DQ Alex. Raza and the Obelisk quest work nicely together, as Raza makes healing easier to complete the quest, and makes the +3/+3 buffs after completing the quest free, which is pretty helpful value later in games. This deck in particular feels slow, and struggles to finish off opponents.

Well those are my two attempts at reviving Dragon Priest! I would love some suggestions on making these decks better as they're having a bit of trouble at the moment. Thanks!
