building a PC for the sake of the mods

Hey y'all, i decided to upgrade my gaming laptop to a gaming pc, and as far as i can tell, skyrim is the most demanding thing im planning on running.

the problem is, i have no idea what i need in terms of specs for a pc that im planning on loading up with mods.

does anyone have advice for what my minimum requirements ought to be, especially given that i seem to be inching ever closer to a "skyrim of theseus" situation lol
