CTD when entering door to chamber where you usually meet Serana.

So I haven't had a single crash after 19 hours on this save. I assume that the issue must be a mod. The issue is not Seranaholic, and I highly doubt that it is better vampires mod.

Here is a copy of my load order (sorted by LOOT). Can someone please point out the issue that makes my game crash. I am very invested and don't want to have to start a new character/uninstall all of my mods.
