CTD when starting the game

Hello. I came back to playing the game after quite a long time and it just won't start. I get an instant CTD (just a black, full-screen flash and it dies).

I did my best running LOOT, fixing warnings and such (only have ITM warnings right now, which don't cause CTDs… as far as I know). This is my load order, from LOOT (if there's any info i should provide, just ask!):
