ENB making GPU temps sky rocket when never used to

So I used to have about 119 mods installed on Skyrim SE and it ran great, no FPS Drops and GPU temp was around 65-72c

I stopped playing for a few months and decided to do a fresh installs and mod list. I uninstalled everything including the game and reinstalled afresh. With just these 22 mods installed, I get 75/76c instantly with ENB. Using PRT.

Playing at 1440p on a 2080ti. This cannot be normal. RDR2 stays below 70c as does Assassins Creed Odyssey and Origins. I have a custom fan curve and have also downclocked my GPU.

Any reason for this abnormality in temps? Never used to happen when I had my 119 mod list before +ENB.

Thanks in advance 🙂
