ENB Rudy switching from Vanilla and ENB enabled textures depending on where I look/move

Content of the article: "ENB Rudy switching from Vanilla and ENB enabled textures depending on where I look/move"

I'm playing Enderal through Steam with the Rudy ENB preset. I notice this mostly when I'm indoors. My textures will swap from vanilla to the ENB preset as I'm walking down a corridor. Or if I find the right spot, I can move my cursor a hair and my textures will flick in-between vanilla and the ENB preset.

I do have some mods installed as well, but nothing that messes with textures or lighting- so I don't think it's a conflict.

Another issue, not as important, but if anyone has an answer it would be great. The ENB textures make everything look real glossy and saturated, almost like glowing black textures.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. It is my first ENB.

Thanks! (Any details needed that would help someone troubleshoot I'm happy to provide)
