Finding source of mesh crash with .NET Script Framework

I have crashed a couple of times due to a bad head mesh, but usually outdoors. I have finally found that I get a consistent CTD when I try to enter Dragonsreach Dungeon. Here are a few .NET crash logs I received after entering Dragonsreach Dungeon:

I am certain that it isn't the Alik'r Prisoner, as the game did not crash when I teleported him. Besides guards, the only other NPC I can think of that would be in the cell would have to be the dead Thief from LotD.
