Game lags and freezes near Guardian Stones.

Recently got pretty decent pc and decided to finally enjoy Skyrim on high quality and with beautiful nature mods. Everything is good until I approach area near Riverwood. Game starts lagging like hell, especially around Guardian Stones game completely freezes and rarely CTDs. Those floral mods worked even on my old shtty laptop so I really dont understand what can be a problem. Here is list of my mods: Skyrim.esm
