I really don’t know what to do. I could use some help please. Maybe it’s the load order idk?

So I'm trying to install this mod here https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/46984 and this mod that can be used with it https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45241?tab=files and I have downloaded all the mods that I need to get them working but no matter what I do my wrye bash has red and yellow squares in both the installers and mods sections. If I think that I get it working then in game the models have purple textures and some have transparent parts on them too. (I have tried installing the purple patch to stop this but to no avail) some help with this would be much appreciated. P.s I am new to modding so sorry if this is a dumb question
