Level 40 Riekling Charger On Path to Greybeards

Hey Guys,

I just started the game with some mods and I have done (I think) everything right. I'm using Nexus Mod Manager, Loot, and Wyre Bash. I've been playing and I made it to level 6 and everything is working great except for some reason there is a level 40 Riekling charger on the path up the mountain to the grey beards that is killing me in one shot. How can I figure out what's making that happen and stop it? My gut is telling me it's an issue with the Immersive Creatures mod but I'm not sure what to do:
