[PC/LE] Combat Gameplay Overhaul not showing up in Mod Configuration Menu

What it says in the title. Despite installing both the mod and the Nemesis Engine as indicated, for some reason the mod, while working fine, doesn't show up in the MCM, so I can't configure it. I'm using Dear Diary, the UI mod, so I thought it was a conflict with that, but even removing that didn't change anything. As is law, I have many mods, and I have no idea what exactly could be conflicting with it. I even trying checking conflicts with TES5edit but that… didn't tell me much. I'd like some help if anyone can offer it.
