Possible mod conflict with Ordinator?

All the perks that increase my character movement speed actually slow me down like, a lot. Sometimes I can´t move at all, and my character starts walking with no problem once the effect ends.

For example, here´s a few perks that caused this effect.

• Tempting Fate (Light Armor, 100)
• Windrunner (Light Armor, 50)
• Windborne (Speech, 50)

I thought this might be an issue with Modern Brawl Bug fix, since Ordinator includes this patch, and I was using the standalone fix. Removed it, but the issue is still there. LOOT isn´t solving it, and the only conflict that MO2 detects is related to a spanish translation of the mod. I disabled it just in case, but keeps happening.
