Problem with Repel rain – it’s stuck at alteration, concentration

Hi, i hope someone here can help me, i have tried to write on the modpage, but havn't gotten an answer. The mod works fine, i just can change the school of magic and to fire and forget. I can see on the forum that it has something to do with a chest and that i can't be in the same cell as it, but i don't know wher this chest is.

My load order: (280 + mods) using vortex.
