question about 5 piece procs and abilities

Content of the article: "question about 5 piece procs and abilities"

Hey ESO experts; here's my question:

Does any damage being proc'd from a set piece bonus count as an "ability."

deadly strike 5 items: Increase the damage your Physical, Bleed, Poison, and Disease Damage over time and channeled abilities do by 20%

swamp raider (5 items) Adds 600 Weapon Damage to your Poison and Disease Damage abilities.

Vs

morag tong 5 items: "When you deal direct damage, you cause the enemy to take 10% more damage from Poison and Disease attacks for 5 seconds. "

when combined with:

velidreth (2 items) When you deal damage, you have a 20% chance to spawn 3 disease spores in front of you after 1 second that deal 10752 Disease Damage to the first enemy they hit. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds. < does this get help from any of the above sets? I'm assuming yes for only morag tong, but would understand if none at all.

aegis caller: 5 items: When you deal critical melee damage, summon a Lesser Aegis for 11 seconds. After 2.5 seconds, the Lesser Aegis spins its blades, dealing 3730 Bleed Damage every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds. < does this get that 20% from deadly strike?

maarselok: (2 item) When you bash an enemy, you spew a cone of corruption, dealing 7200 Disease Damage to enemies over 4 seconds. This damage is increased by 5% for each negative effect the enemies have, up to 150% additional damage. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds. < will this get buffed by deadly strike? Swamp raider? Morag?

mephala: (2 items) When you deal damage with a fully-charged Heavy Attack, you create a web for 10 seconds that deals 1340 Poison Damage every 1 second to all enemies within 4 meters and reduces the Movement Speed of enemies within by 50%. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds. Will any of those 5 piece buff this poison damage? Just morag? none?

thanks for any contributions that help me understand these "abilities" vs "attacks" and how sets may or may not proc off of eachother. there are certainly other examples I am wondering about particularly with flame dmg that I could include but did not, this will give me the understanding I need thank you.
