simple fix i think it was working fine before i reinstalled ooo looking for a missing texture or mesh that came from imperial battlemage invisible chest.

ive been cleaning away, and did some clean installs without fcom warcry or frans stuff, it was working fine i was doing some testing and found a imperial battlemage with an invsible chest so i did some searching and it said to reinstall ooo which i then did i will post my load order for a potential fix to the problem im having now, its an infinite main menu loading screen ive used boss to identify the itms and ive got 0 errors and seemingly 0 itms for stuff so it seems fine as i used tes4edit, not sure why im having the infinite loading screen and cant find any info on it anywhere this is my load order its small and simple which is why im confused to this. ive tried opening with 2 cores and validating archive then boss but to no avail.
