Skyrim changes load order when i launch, i use loot to sort it.

It only changes the load order for SkyUI which causes my game to crash, and SkyUI automatically disables itself. I have tried manually changing SkyUI to where it should be but it goes back to the bottom. I use MO2 and heres is my pretty long load order (110 plugins total). I have installed SKSE correctly.
