Game Not Launching

Hello,

Having some trouble launching my game. I just purchased the game of the year edition on my laptop because I wanted to replay the game on here. I originally played the game on PS4. I have experience modding several games, so I wanted to do a modded playthrough as well. I'm using this modlist: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/4069?tab=description

After getting through the essential utilities, I tried launching the game to check my settings. However, my game crashes upon loading a black screen. I've updated my drivers and C++ redistribution. I also removed my mods folder to see if that was an issue, but that didn't help. Not sure what else to do. Thank you to anyone who is willing to help. Here's the crash log for reference:
