The Witcher

Just want to give a quick shout-out to my favourite quests in the game that I can think of off the top of my head, mainly cause I don’t think I’ve posted here before

Spoilers, obviously

-Hearts of Stone complete questline: Everything in this was top notch—writing, tone, villain, characters, pacing, set pieces—everything fell into place perfectly.

-Bloody Baron + Witches questline: Man the twists and turns in this were so beautiful. I still remember the chills I got during the naming ceremony and when you find out who Anna is.

-High Stakes Gwent: A cool and niche quest which didn't seem like much that turned into a heist that then turned out to be more. Really cool how they packed that into a quest I wasn't willing to play on my first playthrough.

-Killing Radovid questline: Can't remember much of this quest cause it's been a hot minute, but I can still remember getting goosebumps playing it so I'm including it.

-Hjalmar and the Giant: This quest properly spooked me out the first time I played it. I feel like this quest didn't properly tell you where to go and that added to the atmosphere of it all. Finding clues and realising that things were more drastic than it initially seemed, teasing the giant throughout, and the ghostly island's atmosphere just added to the satisfaction of killing him in the end.

-Cerys and the Undvik guy: Another well done quest in the Skellige Isles. I love how dark everything is in this quest and it goes to show you don't need a huge boss fight at the end to make something memorable.

-Killing Imlerith quest: Man this guy was a boss fight and a half. I struggled with him cause I refused to change my main chest armour from the one you get in the beginning and never repaired any of my swords. He was really commanding and a memorable enemy to face.

-Getting drunk with Geralt and friends: The madlads actually added this to the game.

-Warble of the smitten knight: I played this on my second playthrough because you can fail it if you finish Blood and Wine before you complete, and my God was this quest gold. Even had its own theme.

Yeah just a few quests, forgot some and remembered others.
