World of Warships

Do yourselves a favor and don’t run matchmaker monitor. It stamps in a defeatist mindset at the start of a battle if the odds are not in your favor.

Case in point.

Yesterday at the beginning of a match, me starting my Colorado grind (jesus don't get me started on that).

Allied CV states that 'wE hAve A 21% cHanCE tO wIn!!!!". First thing I said was ignore it, I've been in teams with 15% and still won (a clanmate also runs the silly thing).

So CV then promptly opens his glue pot and gets his spoon, oh boy. Begins torping himself, rockets and sails off into the distance.

Over halfway into the game we are actually on top winning, it's 5vs4. Our CV has 100 health left and has gone to the bottom corner of the map. He had not launched a single strike against the enemy boats all game. I begged him to at least try as we can win this if only he helped the team. The enemy CV was dropping on us unopposed.

Last 5 minutes of the game, CV is the only one on our team alive, he's flying planes around his corner of the map and then rockets himself to death. I think I literally had flames shooting out my nose and my eyes were crying blood. Blacklisted him and reflected on how cancerous matchmaking monitor is.

Story over, uninstall that horrid thing. It's not doing you any favors at all. I played over 15k games in WoT while running XVM for at least 5k of those games, I uninstalled XVM and became a better player for it. I'm 3.3k games into WoWs and run minimal mods.

Also, Colorado sucks butt holes and I'm not enjoying it. Thank you . ಠ╭╮ಠ
